Appraisals: Answers to Commonly Asked Questions

Appraisals are something that virtually all real estate agents deal with, as well as almost everyone who has ever sold or bought a parcel of real estate.

Yet, there are so many issues surrounding the issue of real estate appraisals that continue to either be unknown or misunderstood.

In this episode of The Ken Jones Real Estate Show, I discuss the questions that I'm most commonly asked about real estate appraisals.

This doesn't mean that these are ALL of the most commonly asked questions; just those that people ask of me.

You might be asking yourself, "What makes this guy an appraisal expert?" A fair question, indeed.

Well, if you don't already know my background, I've been a professional real estate appraiser for more than 4 decades. I've earned a number of professional appraisal designations from some of the most prominent professional organizations on the planet, I've served clients throughout the United States, Canada, Central America and western Europe, I've written and presented accredited real estate appraisal courses and seminars, and have served as Expert to the Superior Court of New Jersey.
